IE 8 keeps asking to be closed

Vista & IE 8

After closing IE I keep being asked if I want to check for a solution and clse the program or do I want to close the program.

Any ideas as to what is going on would be helpful

It could be that one of your add-ons may be causing it. Disable a few at a time to see if you still get the error. If you have SP2 it would be better if you upgraded to IE9 via updates, security wise.
