question about speed not sure if mine is slow

im useing linksys smart wi-fi router N750 daul band 300-450. when i run speed test i only have 1.47mbps upload and 12.61 download is that about right

I agree with rdave13, jealous already.

It depends on how far you are from the exchange and the type of connection.

Until a couple of weeks ago, my best connection speed was around the 3 - 3.5Mbps figure. Last week Openreach replaced a 2 meter length of cable and I'm now getting around 9.5Mbps.

Just checked For my connection on a Talktalk 8Meg speed, I am about 1.5 miles from Exchange. Speed does not change much for me, at BrodbandMAX I just got

Ping 55ms

Download 7039kbps

Upload 868kbps
