hi my dad has bought a GoClever 7" android tablet. he has no internet / broadband in his home. is there any way that he can use the tab or has he waisted his cash? please help thanks joolz

You can use the mini USB port for a 3G dongle.

You can buy PAYG of the web but I suggest you go into a phone shop and see what deals they can do.
