Laptop Security - 'Foreign' Pen Drives

I have a business which involves allowing clients to connect their pen drives to my laptop. I have Win 7, an antivirus and have autorun disabled. Is there anything else I need to do to protect my machine from nasties which may be present on these pen drives?

When inserted the pen drive shows up in Computer with an allocated drive letter. In my case and with Windows 7 I then right click on the drive and select Scan with AVG (in my case) AND/OR Scan with Malwarebytes.

So long as they use the 'Guest' account, or a standard account (not admin) then that will also help.
