Cannot find how to switch on my bluetooth?

My PC was sold with Bluetooth, has a bluetooth sticker and in 'Devices' under Control Pannel can see Bluetooth, but I cannot see how to switch the radio on. I search for nearby devices and nearby devices search for it, but othing seen. I guess I need to turn the bluetooth radio on but cannot see how.

Got a Fujitsu AH530. Cannot find how to do it in manual

This is what the manual for your laptop says in the "Wireless LAN / Bluetooth / UMTS" section:

? Press the key combination Fn + F5 to start the WirelessSelector.

Presumably you're then given an option to select which wireless device you want to enable.

I thought that was just WiFi but now see a Bluetooth option. However neither phone nor PC can see each other still. Phone is discoverablle, cannot see option to make PC visible though.
