Laptop Keyboard Strokes Have Changed Their Function.

When typing in Word my keyboard works fine. However, when I post on a forum my keyboard keys have changed their function. If I press Shift and 2 instead of quote marks I get @ Whereas, if I press Shift and Apostrophe I get " Can anyone explain why this is happening please? Its on this site and 2 others I visit yet its perfectly OK in Word and Excel. My keyboard is set for English (UK), running Windows 7 and have not added/deleted or changed any settings or programs recently.

Go to region and language in control panel make sure it is all set to UK.If you get to a box that says UK and US.Remove the US part.
