Windows Live Mail Red Button missing

How do I get back the easy to use red button on the top right that closes the program? I disappeared and I cannot find out how to get it back Thanks

Try pressing F11 and if that makes it worse press F11 again.

or try pressing restore down if you can see that.

Thanks. F11 does not do anything and I cannot see how to get restore. Please help

Have solved it. The screen had gone too large so I reduced it from one corner, moved it left and then expanded each side till it fitted. Your concern and interest is much appreciated
