cannon mp270 all in printer scanner

my friend has just bought the above all in one second hand,but it did not come with an installation cd,were can i download or buy one please,also were is a cheap place to get ink for it,thank you.

You can download the installation software from here. Click the radio button for "Software", choose the appropriate version of Windows from the list, click "Search" and the downloads you need are the MP270 series MP Driver and MP Navigator.
