How to install old camera which no longer recognised

I am trying to re-activate my old AIPTEK pencam plus mega camera (1.3 Mp) It worked fine on my old 98SE PC. I now have Vista Business. The camera read-out shows pix have been saved on camera. No drivers available in windows or could be found online, but eventually found original installation CD, and installed Aiptek "Mega Camera Manager V 1.3", which opens OK. I have tried all the settings in "Auto Play" but always get "Cannot connect your camera". I would prefer to import pictures with windows. Is it all a lost cause with an ancient device and no modern driver? Glen

This is a McAfee secure site so should be OK. Click the blue link, this might be the correct driver.

I've scanned the MiniXP_1.5 zip file with malwarebytes and SAS and no problems found.
