Jusy bought a new PC with windows 8. Cant play videos on you tube, says I have to have an app installed. Anyone know what this app is?

In IE 10 go to tools, manage add-ons and check that Shockwave Flash Object is enabled. Non- IE browsers, except for Chrome, beta version and older versions here.
