Hi all having a problem loading bbc iplayer desktop. When I try to load I get an Adobe error code 2032 message. I have re-installed Adobe air but still the same message. Am running windows 7 home premium 64bit. annoying as I have to download programmes via windows media player.

Reading the web there are indications that this is a firewall problem. Try turning off your firewall briefly.

Which browser are you using to start the download from? Try IE.

I'm sorry I cannot help but it seems to be a fairly common problem.

Try downloading via chrome browser. It works fine on my 7 64 bit pro.

If it has worked well before, just try a system restore to when it was running fine.
