how to copy fresh install of Win XP

Can anyone advise me on how to copy a fresh install of Win XP. I Have formatted my pc and reinstalled XP on an older PC which I still like to use.
I think this may be a good idea so I don't have to go thru all the necessary reinstalling of the drivers and every thing else that goes with it.
If poss, keep it reasonably easy guys,in layman terms.
Regards
Brian

I rely on Acronis for backup/restore, but as Jock1e says it will only work to restore the PC on which the original was made. It won't run on a different PC.

I've found Paragon to be every bit as good as Acronis, and it's free.
