Fin Scans

How do I stop them, I also got a Smurf Tuesday, but Wednesday I got loads of Fin Scans in my Router Log

Someone on the outside is probing your system, usually hackers scanning all IP addresses for a vulnerable machine.
If your router and firewall are set up ok, you can ignore it, as they probably got no reply from your system.
Configure individual hosts and routers not to respond to ICMP requests or broadcasts.
Configure routers not to forward packets directed to broadcast addresses.

uk1.surfcpa.com is one site that is a url in my Router firewall that is not on the list nether is uk2.surfcpa.com
How can I remove them or Disable them from Router Firewall list of filters. I need to Filter them out
