V9 portal shown when the new tab button pressed

Hi, Is anyone else getting this.On Firefox when I press "open new tab" I get a screen showing V9 Portal home screen.This only started happening a couple of days ago.I don't know whether its legit or a nasty.After I red cross it off,everything else works normally.If it is a nasty,can anyone tell me how to get rid of it.I'm on Windows 7 and have run scans with Avast/SAS and Malwarebytes,but they have been clear. Any advice appreciated. Regards

I've now found out this was a virus and have now removed it via task manager.So if anyone is getting this annoying popup,delete it from the task manager.
