I’m trying to download Windows Live Mail to upgrade from OE6. However, at the installation stage I get the following: ‘Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\6U5507TD\wlsetup-web(2).exe is not a valid Win 32 application’ My operating system is Windows XP Professional Version 5.1 (Build 2600.xpspsp3gdr. 120821-1629: Service Pack 3) I’d be most grateful for any help.

You do not seem to be having a lot of luck trying to download it.
Maybe install it all and not just WLM and see if that works.

Thanks Jock1e, I'll certainly have a go at that although, WLM is shown as an individual item in File Hippo!

If you wish you can still download from Filehippo - but you need the 2009 version
