can my pc run gtx 650 card?

Hi im thinking of buying this card but i don't know if my pc can run it. Here are some of my specs:

Medion MS-7616 Motherboard fsp400-60emdn power supply Intel Core i3 540 @ 3.07GHz 3Gb DDR3 Ram

click here for your broken link however if you shop around cheaper alternatives can be found.

You just gave limited info, according to Nvidia website the card needs min 400W PSU & 6 pins PEG connector which your PSU fulfils the requirement but right on the limit.

Another point to consider is whether the card will fit in your Medion case, if the case is a slim fit then forget about it.
