Lost folder in Outlook

I have W7, Use Outlook for e mail. I was trying to move an incoming e mail to a folder (lets say Folderwww) by dragging and dropping it into the folder in the left navigation pane. Somehow the whole folder has disappeared. It is not in the deleted file. I cannot find it as a sub folder. Any suggestions?

There seems to be about a two and a half hour delay sending email notifications of postings. Anybody else find that?

A couple of others things to consider, if you have not already done so:

1) Assumimg your version of Outlook is similar to mine, right click on Personal Folders and choose Properties for Personal Folders and select Folder Size. That will list all folders including sub folders.

2) Have you tried an "advanced find" after right clicking Personal Folders? You will need to remember something that was in there previously to search for, of course.
