Problem trying to use Outlook Express

When I open OE to access/send mail, the Help box opens on top right of screen. It will neither minimise nor close. Also, hovering the mouse over any part of OE constantly brings up the answer to "What's This?
I also notice that when I begin to type a search query on Google, the IE help box similarly appears.
What's happened and how can I get back to a normal operation?

Yep, I agree. F1 key is stuck. (Just reproduced the Help thing by starting up OE whilst holding down F1)
Try cleaning keyboard by holding it upside down and tapping/shaking it to dislodge any debris and muck. Wiggle the F1 key and see if it pops back up.

Thanks folks! Pressing the F1 key makes the "Help" feature disappear - though the key doesn't look or feel sticky in use.
Maybe it just needed a "wiggle"! Good word that!!
Thanks again!
