Samsung C3530 phone - photo download

I have set my C3530 phone to Mass Storage, connected by USB to PC, but when I click 'My computer', it is not appearing as a Removable Disk. I think the cable is OK, as I previously used it to download by Samsung kies, but that takes too long, poor software I think. Any advice would be appreciated, thank you.

It may not have found the driver. The recommended way is via Kies.

Woolwell, thank you for reply. I was not aware that USB storage, which I thought the phone becomes when in Mass Storage mode, needed a seperate driver. I shall try Kies again, but it's really slow for some reason.

I use Kies with my Samsung S3, I have never found it to be slow.

Perhaps your PC needs a general clean-up, both physically and Software-wise, and/or more RAM.

Or, try re-installing Kies.
