This is reporting a paper jam but I cannot see any paper but I cannot see any way of looking into the paper path. Does anyone know how to open the case?

Have you raised the scanner unit (lift the scanner cover and the plate below)?

I have pushed and pulled and shaken the beast and it now is taking the paper and printing perfectly so all is now well - thanks
