Microst Publisher 2010 rotate image

Is there a way to rotate an image /picture in Publisher 2010. I would like the option (if it exists) to rotate as many (or few) degrees as I wish- anything rom 3 degrees to 90 degrees at a time.

If possible this to include shapes that I have modified using publisher tools.
