tablet advice for Netflix movies

Dear all,

Thinking of getting Netflix as it says that you can watch it on Android devices as well as main tv. I have been looking at tablets so I can watch movies in bed. I like the look of Asus Nexus 7 but is 7 inch screen ok for movies and if so is it better than the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2? I notice that the 8Gb Samsung is same price as 32Gb Nexus. If Nexus if your choice is it worth paying an extra £30 for the 32Gb version over the 16Gb version?

Or, do I need a 10" screen?
