Adobe Flash Player

When I tried to play a video on U-tube, it said I had to install Adobe Flash Player. I followed the instruction and my PC said AFP was installed. But I still cannot play most videos on line, i.e., no solution to the problem. I repeated the process without success. Any help would be welcome.

Follow these step by step instructions from Adobe to troubleshoot the problem.

Which browser are you using and which operating system?

Have you tried another browser.

Are you just getting a blank black box?

Can you right click on the black box and disable hardware acceleration?

Have you tried to clear your browsing cache?
