Outlook.com's Fraud Detection Checks

Please forgive me if this has already been discussed to death on this forum but what are members experiences of the new Outlook.com's fraud detection check system. Today I received my first alert; "Be careful! This sender failed our fraud detection checks", Being alarmed I checked with the company/sender concerned and they pointed me to this Microsoft link http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/forum/mail-email/be-careful-this-sender-failed-our-fraud-detection/c1712db2-00ab-4e61-8ede-d20aa6486f45. Clearly the topic has been thrashed to death on this Microsoft forum but there hasn't been any real solutions suggested. What are members views/experiences. Looks like Microsoft have c_cked up again!

Your click here would not open for me so cannot see the actual problem.
The only e-mail I have got from them was after buying W/8 and no problems with the mail using Outlook.
