help - screen gone from portrait to landscape

typing this with head turned to one side ! hit ctl alt del in anger and hit something which changed my screen view from portrait to landscape - how do i get it back - i could stand my monitor on it's left hand side but not ideal !

You probably hit ctrl-alt-and one of the arrow keys instead of delete. ctrl-alt- left/right should put it back.
