no audio on blue ray

l have 2 blue ray dvd disc players .a sony and a philips .l burnt a file to dvd to play on them .it plays perfectly on the sony .but on the philips thers no audio .theres a good pictuer on both,eny one know why the audio isnt working on the philips .other files lhave brnt to disc on my laptop have worked ok.Thanks.

control panel - device manager - check DVD drive properties for the philips drive - properties tab

volume is set to max and Enable Digital CD audio is ticked
