Altering Data Validation in Excel 10

Hi

I am setting up a worksheet to get data from a user. I have set up a data validation cell in D5 to get some information. The next cell I wish to get data from is cell D8. However, is it possible to change where the data validation looks for D8 depending on the answer the user gives in D5. I want the user to select from either of two lists, however, this is dependant on their first answer.
