Program not listed in all programs

.I have just installed program but when I went into all programs it is not listed,But when I go into control center then uninstall programs it is listed can someone explain it would not be listed in all programs.

You may have to turn the computer off and on again for it to appear. What's the program?

To find the file that you need to run it should be under Program Files and in a folder for the software you installed usually the company name for the folder. Right click on the exe. file and use send to desktop create shortcut. Click the shortcut to confirm it opens/runs your software.

If you can't find then use the search box at start to locate on disk.

As northumbria61 says, if you already had software from same company then it would prob install in the company name folder C:\ProgramFiles\NameOfCompany\NameOfProgram
