Hi
Go to your Control Panel click on Region and Language and check under the 'Formats' tab that it still shows 'English (United Kingdom)' if not then change it.
Under the 'Locations' tab you should be listed as 'United Kingdom' if not change it and so on.

Hi
Maybe you might find something in Tools, Options, Display, Advanced. What version are you running?
Cheers
