AVG for my old pc

I used AVG before when it was free. I want to now use it getting it online. Do you think it is safe to get it online. Please advise, thanks liza

Hello Nontek Thanks for yours on AVG being free but somehow when I try to get it free I am switched to 'buy'. Someone said in my 'duplicated' post (duplicated by mistake, I was supposed to do a post on something else, cannot remember what so instead did AVG twice! However I have decided to go for Avast which someone suggested in the other post. Avast did everything so quickly and I am a member of their setup already. Thanks once again, Liza.
