Navigate around an Apple Mac

Hi. I have a USB key with 2 folders on; 1 images and 1 documents. I want to copy/paste them into the right folders on an AppleMac but don't know the names of the relative folders or how to navigate to them. Thanks

Wot! - no Mac users out there? I've plugged my USB key into the Mac but can't navigate to that...
