pinnaccle system not playing on computer

Nutty norm Here i have done everything you suggested, The VLC Player2.0.3 says it has not got a solution to the problem and it went up and down trying to fix it, i tried the converter and im afraid it lost me with all the Jargon it was spitting out, example-- MPEGAV.7 z, then AVE.Q01.DAT Ive given up on the converter,thanks everyboddy i will kick it into Touch, Nutty norm.
