hello and good afternoon to you all. I need some urgent help please!!!! Im currently typing this post on my sisters samsung netbook n130 using her wired connection.

She recently got BT fibre optic broadband installed, and it works fine but only WITH the lan wired cable plugged in!!! ive got my galaxy s3 fone and her blackberry fone connects wirelessly with no problems whatsoever, BUT the wireless connection will not work on her netbook. she used the netbook wirelessly in 2 libaries and it works fine, also where she used to live she had virgin media and she was using it wirelessly with NO problesm!!! pls advice what the issue may be please? she does not want to continously have to connect the lan cable to get internet!!!

please help!!!

Assuming the new BT modem has anew password / security code you will need to setup the N130 using the new password.

make sure the netbook is set to the correct type of encryption used by the BT hub wep wpa wpa2 and becarefull to correctly type in the password including caps / lowercase / numbers etc. It is easy to misinterpret letters and numbers 7 T, 0 O, 2 Z
