Viewing PXN Files

I have discovered some old .pxn files on my PC. I think that they may be graphic files associated with Kodak software. Does anyone know how to open these?

Thanks. The images would not load into either IvanView or FileViewPro as suggested by johndrew so I guess that they may be corrupt. I am really not sure what they are as the were found when I used a file recovery program recently. The link to IrfanView just showed a 1x1 GIF image. Any thoughts on why that should be?
