using w7 starter and ie9 on random web pages [not on pca site] when i scroll the web page either by mouse or buttons on keyboard the lines of print move over the top of the lines below making them unreadable, the more i scroll the more lines overlap, refresh thepage, closing ie9 and re opening does not work. its only random and on various web sites.

for example i could view ten pages of bbc news but only 1 or 2 will have this problem even reboot does not help.
