How to change Windows XP pro fonts

Hi folks I had to delete my account and create a new admin account.The fonts had changed on my websites.I've went to display/appearance/advanced and changed the fonts but I can't find one that changes the look of the actual website font?Can anyone tell me which it is please?Thanks.

Thanks northumbria,I had already tried that.It's something from within XP that has changed the look of my saved websites text?I can't find anything in display/advanced settings that affects the website text.Thanks.

A Web Site is based on the Code you enter and should not depend on your Windows Browser fonts
