Hotmail account

Widows 7 For some reason my Hotmail account has stopped me opening my mail. E-mail is coming through alright but I cannot open it. I can open the mail on my PC but not my Laptop. What is wrong

Is this Hotmail Webmail server through your browser or do you use email client to collect and download email to the harddrive of laptop?

While not being logged into Hotmail, Try clearing your cookies and temp internet history files (usually in Tools - Options) then close your browser and re-open it and go to hotmail and login.

Which browser are you using?

What are the differences between progams and antivirus on your pc and laptop?
