HP D2660 Printer Photos Smudge

Whenever I print photos with my HP D 2660, even with the correct printer settings for the paper used(Kodak Picture Paper) the ink never seems to dry and smudges if touched.

Any Ideas for solving this problem would be welcome.

What ink cartridges are you using? Original HP or compatibles?

I never use anytrhing but Genuine HP cartridges.

You might need to do some maintenance, and align and clean the ink cartridges?.

You could also try a different pack or make of photo paper?.

Think you will find it's the Paper you are using, try Epson as they work well in HP printers, better than HP paper even
