I have just finished preparing my new laptop. I am running Windows 7 Pro and Office 2010. I cannot open links in Outlook, I get an error message telling me I do not have permissions even though I am logged in as an administrator. Any advice welcome

The error message is:- "The operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator".
