Cannot open links in Outlook 2010

I have just finished preparing my new laptop. I am running Windows 7 Pro and Office 2010. I cannot open links in Outlook, I get an error message telling me I do not have permissions even though I am logged in as an administrator. Any advice welcome

The error message is:- "The operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator".

Odd, as that error message is exactly what the fixit is supposed to cure!

Tried the manual fix from your post and still nothing. Tempted to restore and reinstall everything

onthelimit1's link also describes how to manually fix it. Suggest you try that.

Also treid the manual fix and still not working. Ended up reisnstalling everything.
