Help please. I am recently having to Force Quit Mail on my iMac. It is not every time but more often than not. Looked at all the forums in google but nothing relates to my problem. The Mail is only checking for new messages every 15 minutes. The deleted message boxes are on Never empty. I am running Lion. Not too familiar with Mac as a fairly new user so any help please explain simply or step by step. Don't know Mac language yet.
