Nexus 7 and USB work around.(info thread)

More of an info thread.

For those of us who bought the Nexus 7 and would have liked USB support. I have got myself one of these: OTG Cable. This app from the Google Play store. I have also discovered that you can using the OTG cable attach a wireless mouse,see here Youtube. Though I have not tried that yet.

I am also looking into this item,at the moment I do not have any details.

Thanks for that Chronus. I have only just this day come to the same result. I would like to save files from the Nexus 7 to the external USB drive., but then I should be thankful for small mercies. I have been looking at attaching an external HDD, but have not tried that yet. Have you? Now happily tethering my Nexus through my Galaxy ace. I am very pleased with it.
