download problem

I am using a wireless router with a belkin plugin usb when I try a fair size downlod the connectio drops out I've tried a cable connectio and it seems to work then using firefox but not using IE I've aplied the fix for IE as well I talked to talktalk who are my provider they ran a lot of test and concluded that it is either the router or the belkin the belkin is ok and I've tried a new router but the problem persists. any help plese

why as not talktalk given you one of there wireless routers

PS It can happen if your USB dongle and Router are not matched. i.e same make

Ask talktalk to send you a new router for testing purposes. I did that 18 months ago when I had problems. (I've still got it - a return bag was in the pack but they never asked me to return it)
