Adobe Flash player--lack of in XP

Thus good lady member of my flock complains she is getting repeated messages to install Adobe Flash player update to 11.4

This she does repeatedly - but still she gets the messages.

. Looking into this I discovered it is in fact installed and many sites- BBC iPlayer for example work .

However certain websites insist that she needs to do what is plainly done.

In particular U tube an the RHS site.

Any ideas pleasw?

It sounds as if Flash player is corrupted. I would uninstall Flash player then reinstall. Guide to fully uninstall, Click here. Then reinstall.

Thank you rdave I ifact did this this afernoon via Ccleaner then it me the dedicated uninstaller. Try Try I geuss.
