make folders etc. open with one click

Hi, I have forgotten how to do this, I am using windows seven can you help please and this was a very useful little command, I must be slow at clicking because when I double click to open a files in word it rearly works but one click works every time.....thanks

Open Documents, or any other folder.

Top left is ORGANIZE

About half way down is "Folder and search options"

About central in the box is "Single click to open....."

Thanks...However I cant get this to work in word? I still have to click twice to open a file.....

As a work around you could Right Click and the select Open. I know this is still two clicks but they are not speed dependant!
