Hotmail access in firefox

Weird one, I can login/access my Hotmail account and messages, my wife on her account can log in and get as far as the inbox/sent/etc screen and links are dead to access her messages.We are using the same PC!!! Help and Thanks

Have you tried Hotmail Webmail by using Internet Explorer Browser?

Do you have access to a different pc to see if your wife still has same problem?

Has your wife tried clearing the firefox history and browser cache?
