Hi all, I have a 1tb hdd installed. I was running win xp on it and duel booted win7 on another hdd. I had a boot registry failure happen. After fixing the boot registry the 1 tb hdd running win xp is now only read as 64gb. Can this be fixed or do you think the hdd is damaged.

Start, Run, type regedit press ok
On leftside: System Key: [HKEYLOCALMACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Atapi\Parameters]
On right side:
Value Name: EnableBigLba
Data Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value)
Value Data: it will say 0x0000000 and in brackets (0) = disabled, (1) = enabled
To change the value to (1) rightclick on EnableBigLba and choose Modify
