How to configure "burn on the fly"?

Hi, I am using DVD Shrink on Wins 7 64bit. The 2 optical drives are connected to the M/B by sata, one a DVD drive and the other a DVD rewriter. How do configure it to burn on the fly. Used to do this automatically when connections to my old M/B was IDE with the 2 drives connected using one IDE cable with an extention. Having upgraded and connections by sata I can't burn on the fly. Have to burn brom files extracted manually.
