For those who have hardware in their Laptop for the WWAN Mobile 3G interface and cannot find the drivers, wee below. WWAN Toshiba Novatel EU870DT1 PA3547E-1HSD XP,VISTA,Windows7 DELL etc 5520 Follow the quide below to download the drivers and how to install them.

You will need to re-boot after the drivers have loaded for them to be used in NEtwork Dialup settings.

Dell offer some dialup utilities but you can just set it up in your dialup networking.
