Unable to uninstall kaspersky Mobile security for Android from my Galaxy s2 phone

Hello and good morning to you all. I currently have the brilliant galaxy s2 and today i'm meant to be getting the galaxy s3 as an upgrade from my t mobile. Will be selling my s2 handset to a friend later, once ive done factory rest, but I was trying to do a manual removal of kaspersky and i'm unable to uninstall it via the application settings as the uninstall button not highlighted, any suggestions please? Ive gone to the kaspersky website and it says you have to enable privacy protection settings which ive done, here is link

I'm still not able to remove kaspesky from my handset. Any suggestions please
